Cartoon Me allows users to upload or capture portrait photos, apply supported cartoon-style transformations, connect a compatible Solana wallet, and purchase in-app credits that can be used to request image generation.

You must not use Cartoon Me to create deepfakes, misleading political content, fraud materials, or any content designed to confuse people about a real person's identity, race, age, affiliation, or statements.
You retain rights you have in the photos and content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to operate the app.
By uploading or capturing an image through Cartoon Me, you represent and warrant that:
You grant us and our processors a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, transmit, process, transform, and return your submitted content solely to provide the Cartoon Me service, improve reliability, detect abuse, comply with law, and resolve support issues.
Generated outputs may vary in quality and may not always match your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing all generated results before sharing, publishing, or relying on them.
We do not guarantee that generated outputs will:
You remain responsible for how you use the generated output.
Your use of Cartoon Me is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Because the app may process portrait photos and user-selected attributes, you should use the app only if you are comfortable with that processing and have any legally required permissions.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe:
You may stop using the app at any time.
Because Cartoon Me uses wallet-linked sessions instead of a full traditional account system, you can stop using the service by disconnecting your wallet, uninstalling the app, and clearing local app storage on your device.
To request server-side deletion, contact pabalinas@proton.me with your wallet address and request details. We may retain limited records where required by law.
The app software, branding, layout, text, and non-user content made available by us are owned by or licensed to the Publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our software or branding to you.
Cartoon Me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the app will always be available, secure, or error-free; that third-party wallet services or blockchain infrastructure will operate without interruption; or that generated content will satisfy your needs or legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, digital assets, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Cartoon Me.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Publisher and its service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact pabalinas@proton.me and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted or otherwise made available in connection with the app, unless a later date is stated.
